HOW TO POST?
Booking a mobile phone repair at Alpha Smartphones is a wise option to choose if you are looking for a quick, reliable and hassle-free mobile repairing solution for your broken phone. The turnaround is quick and the work done in our repairing centre is high standards to ensure your mobile phone is in safe hands!
To know how you can use our repair service, you can go to “How It Works”. However, if you are thinking about how to post your mobile device to us, stay here and read the following instructions to make the postage process easy and hassle-free.
Step 1: Pack Your Mobile
Pack your mobile phone in a jiffy bag or a padded envelope carefully. Don’t forget to mention your order number on it to ensure safe delivery.
Please Note: Once you confirm your repair order, you will get a free postage Label via an email or you can download or print it from your account on our website. You can paste this Label at your own phone packaging and send it to us via free Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. This will give you the fastest turnaround time, typically 48 to 72 hrs. However, if you need phone packaging as well, please drop us a line by email or make us a phone call on 0203 092 7434. We will deliver the standard packaging to your doorstep soon.
Step 2: Post to Us
After packaging your phone safely, post it to us via a Free Delivery or Special Delivery service.
You can post your mobile device(s) to us through many ways. The best option is the Special Delivery that is quick, safe and it covers up the insurance up to £500.00 as well. If you want to send your phone through a Free Packet Post, please request to get it. We will send you a free Sales Box/pack that you can use to send your phone to us.

Step 3: Get Confirmation
Once we collect your phone, we will give you a confirmation call or email to ensure your mobile device(s) is delivered to us.
Step 4: Quick Fix
Our qualified and trained technicians will repair your device with 100% Original, Grade A, or Highest-quality parts covered with 12-month warranty.
Step 5: Fast Return
After testing your device to full working order, we will send it back to you by using Royal Mail Tracked Service at no extra cost.
