How to Get a Refund and Our Returns Policy
If you receive a phone you aren’t happy with, or decide you no longer want it, there is no problem for you to return it. You may return it to us not later than 30 days of your purchase and we will ask no questions why, just offer you a replacement or full refund, which ever option you choose.. If you have bought a brand new phone and have opened it we cannot refund the full cost.
In the unlikely event that your phone is faulty, you can return it us within our 30 day return period. We will always try our best to resolve any issues, and will give you a full refund or a replacement phone, depending upon which you prefer.
On the back of the delivery note you will find instructions on how to return a product. Please follow these steps, and contact us if you want a prepaid Special Delivery returns envelope.
If your phone is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend you contact them to receive a replacement or for them to repair the phone. Manufacturers generally carry out full diagnostics on the phone, and will either repair it, or replace it with a brand new phone. We would only be able to offer you a second hand equivalent replacement,
If you have lost your delivery note it is not a problem, just log into your account on our website and select request a return or refund. Once you have completed the online form we will send you a prepaid returns envelope, for you to return the phone to us.
When returning a phone, please place the phone and all the accessories that were supplied with the phone into the original box, and securely wrap it before attaching the returns label.
In the box please include details of the original order number, the reason you are returning the phone, and if you require a refund or a replacement. Please post the phone via your local post office, and ensure you receive a proof of postage receipt. You must retain the receipt, as we cannot accept responsibility for phones returned to us by any other means.
If you have requested a full refund, we will process this as soon as we receive your phone and test it. If you have requested a replacement we will dispatch it to you within 3-5 working days. if we have one in stock. If we don’t have one in stock, we will contact you and you can decide; if you want the closest alternative, to wait for the exact model to come into stock, or to have a full refund.
