The need to return products is understandable sometimes. We are sure you have experienced this at some point. You can return products within 30 days of receiving them. If a customer finds a problem with a product, he can return it. The product should be returned to our store. No extra charges will be added. We are committed to selling only genuine products. All of our products are fully tested and in working order.  Our products come with a 30-days return policy. The condition of all our products is carefully graded. We test using strict procedures and an extensive checklist.

Note: Refunds will be processed after we examine the returned product in detail. If a customer damages a product or is not in the condition in which it was sent, a partial refund will be issued or no refund will be issued.


What is the processing time for refunds and returns?

Processing the return application could take up to a week. We will provide you with a pleasant shopping experience as soon as our department checks all the essential points.


Before returning an item, please email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, properly wrap the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form supplied / other before shipping your return to the following address:

Once we get your return and examine the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks after receiving your product for your [return] or [exchange] to be handled. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card account, depending on your credit card provider. Once your refund has been completed, we will notify you through email.

Following a comprehensive evaluation of the products returned by the consumer, refunds will be provided. If the consumer damages the items or they are not returned in their original condition, they will be given a partial refund or no refund.

When can I anticipate receiving my refund?

If you are returning an item via mail, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive it. Within 3-5 days of receiving the merchandise, we will process the return and begin the reimbursement procedure. After your return is approved, we will credit your account using the payment method you chose. If you paid by debit or credit card, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the money to be credited to your account.

  • In case of express shipping / extra shipping paid by the customer while purchasing an item, the only item cost will be refunded while the extra shipping cost will not be refunded.
