All purchases are sent within 2-3 business days of receipt. On Sundays and holidays, orders are not processed or sent.

If we get a high volume of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment is considerably delayed, we will tell you through email or phone.

Order Tracking and Confirmation of Shipment

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your merchandise has been delivered. The tracking number will be enabled within 24 hours.

Tariffs, taxes, and duties

AlphaSmartPhones is not responsible for any customs or taxes that may be levied on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the client's obligation (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

AlphaSmartPhones is not liable for things that are damaged or lost in transit. If your order came damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider. Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are Hong Kong Base website selling items all over the world.

Delivery Refusal and Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We make every attempt to confirm the shipping address supplied during the checkout process in order for it to be recognized as a legitimate address. If we are unable to confirm the address, we will contact the consumer to request a new address. If we are unable to change the address, the order will be canceled.

AlphaSmartPhones is not accountable if the consumer provides an erroneous delivery address and we are unable to retrieve the shipment.

Shipments that have gone missing or have been stolen

If you did not get your order although the delivery provider indicated that it was delivered, please tell us as soon as possible:

We'll file a claim with the transportation company. There will be local law enforcement present. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is completed. The investigation might take up to 21 days.
